{Family Time at The Zoo} There’s a small zoo right near our house and its always a lot of fun to swing through there with the kids. There are a lot of learning exhibits but its just pure fun to see animals in their element (protected but still in their element) without the dangers to us. All the animals at this particular zoo (its actually a reforstration center) are injured and unable to live in the wild safely.

    You got some really great photos! My kids love the zoo. Their favorite exhibit was temporarily closed the last time we visited, so we must go again soon.

    I’m 3 years in the DFW area and still havent visit the zoos I really need to. BTW is that an albino alligator?

    I love the pictures at the zoo.It’s really neat that the zoo is helping injured animals.

    Great photos! We had a small zoo near us before we moved and it was a fun place to visit. We went there often.

    Looks like you all had some fun at the zoo. I love taking my kids to the zoo too. Great photos. I love getting so close to the animals and still be safe.

    These photos look great! Cannot remember when was the last time I visited a zoo. It does look like a good idea to spend some time with my kids in the zoo :-)
